From raw material selection to final product release, every step is governed by defined procedures to ensure that each membrane element meets its intended performance and durability requirements.
Incoming Raw Material Inspection
All critical raw materials used in membrane fabrication and module assembly are subject to incoming quality inspection before release to production. Materials are verified for physical, chemical, and dimensional conformity to ensure consistency in membrane structure, performance, and long-term stability. This process minimizes variability and ensures a stable foundation for high-performance membrane manufacturing.
Controlled Manufacturing & Assembly with batch Performance validation:
Membrane casting, curing, element rolling, and module assembly are carried out under controlled conditions using standardized production parameters. Key process variables such as temperature, pressure, and material ratios are monitored to ensure uniform membrane properties and reproducible performance across production batches. This controlled manufacturing approach enables predictable operation in real-world applications.
Each membrane element is subjected to performance testing to verify critical parameters such as:
Salt rejection – Water flux – Pressure drop – Mechanical integrity
Testing is conducted using standardized test protocols to confirm that products meet their specified performance ranges before shipment. Only membrane elements that pass these validation steps are released for delivery.
Product Traceability
Every Clariphex membrane element is assigned a unique identification code, allowing full traceability from raw materials through manufacturing, testing, and delivery. Client, by using these traceability code can access full technical report on the items and make sure these are genuine item.
