We manufacture a comprehensive range of skid mounted/containerised (mobile) or stationary RO desalination or water/wastewater treatment systems. In case of mobile units, the container also serves as the shipping package to its destination.

The complete sea water reverse osmosis system includes pre-filtration and conditioning, pumping equipment, membranes, electrical controls, and chemical feed and control components. As energy consumption is a big issue in managing a desalination plant, all our reverse osmosis plants can be equipped with the latest energy recovery systems.

Our system will have their own control system and integrated PLC and user friendly HIMs. Customized control system are available according to client`s specifications.

These water treating system can have typical capacities between 10~5000 m3 / day; higher capacity are also available with special design considerations.

Material selection will be in accordance with to well know criteria to achieve the longest possible life span of the system without compromising the performance of the components (PVC, PP for low pressure sections or Duplex SS for high pressure ones).

Each reverse osmosis plant is equipped with CIP (Clean-In-Place) system for periodical membrane cleaning, with dosing systems for acid and anti-scale injection in sea water stream and neutralizing agent (NaOH or other) whenever it is needed. Sterilization can be achieved by means of UV so the need of disinfecting agents like Sodium Hypochlorite (and excess chlorine removal steps) are not needed.
